How to access your Transaction and Disbursement Reports?

You can access your enhanced Transactions and Disbursement reports by logging into the Kovena portal and navigating to the Reports section.

Here's how to enable access to the system:

  • Wait for confirmation from the Kovena team that your user account has been created.
  • Check your inbox for an email from ‘Kovena Pty Ltd’ with the subject ‘Welcome to Kovena system’.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to log in to the system, create a new password, and activate two-factor authentication.

 

Please note: As of March 2024, the transaction and disbursement reports are no longer merged and are now available as separate reports.

 

How to navigate the system:

Here's how to access your Transaction report (where you can view all successful and failed transactions):

  1. Navigate to the Transactions from the left hand side menu
  2. Choose the desired date range and other options as required 
  3. click on search to see the list of the transactions based on the search criteria
  4. Transaction information will be displayed, and for more details click on view on far right of each transaction line

Here is how to access your Payout report (where you can view every deposit into your bank account and all transactions associated with each payout):

  1. Navigate to the Payouts from the left hand side menu
  2. Choose the desired date range of the payment and other filters as required
  3. Click on Search and the payouts included in the date range will be displayed
  4. Click on the arrow on the left-hand side to expand the details and breakdown of the payout

Here is how to access your Chargeback report:

  1. Navigate to the Chargebacks from the left hand side menu
  2. Adjust the filters as required
  3. Click on Search
  4. View the list of chargebacks included in the date range including the chargeback status
