Here's how to enable access to the system:
- Wait for confirmation from the Kovena team that your user account has been created.
- Check your inbox for an email from ‘Kovena Pty Ltd’ with the subject ‘Welcome to Kovena system’.
- Follow the instructions in the email to log in to the system, create a new password, and activate two-factor authentication.
How to navigate the system:
Here's how to access your Transaction report (where you can view all successful and failed transactions):

Navigate to Transactions from the left-hand side menu under the Reports section.

If you manage multiple merchants, select the appropriate merchant name.

Choose the desired date range and adjust any other filters as needed.

Click Search to display the list of transactions based on your criteria.

Transaction details will appear, click on the Reference Number to view more information.
Here is how to access your Payout report (where you can view every deposit into your bank account and all transactions associated with each payout):

Navigate to Payouts v2 from the left-hand side menu under the Reports section.

If you manage multiple merchants, select the relevant merchant name.

Select the desired date range and apply any other necessary filters.

Click Search to view the payouts within the selected timeframe.

To see more details and a breakdown of each payout, click the arrow on the left-hand side of the entry.
